To confirm your booking date and time, a 50% deposit must be paid. The remaining balance is due before I release your images.

1.1 Please take a moment to review these terms and conditions for the use of my Sandy Noses Pet Photography services. If you’re not on board with all the terms, I totally get it, but that means you won’t be able to use my services. Your access to my service and purchase of my products is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below. In these terms, when I say ‘I,’ I’m talking about Sandy Noses Pet Photography.

1.2 I reserve the right to tweak these terms and conditions at any time. But don’t worry, I won’t do it just to mess with you!

Refunds: 2. While I understand that life can be unpredictable, I usually have my sessions booked in advance. So, if you need to make any changes to your booking, I kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice. Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.1 I’m a dog lover, too, and I know that dogs can have their ‘off’ days. If your furry friend has behavioral issues, especially aggression issues, please give me a heads up. For safety reasons, I can’t accept bookings for aggressive dogs as it poses risks to me, other clients, and their pets.

2.2 If, in a rare occurrence, your dog causes any harm to me, another person, or an animal during the session, you agree to cover all associated costs, including medical expenses, veterinary care, legal fees, and property damage.

2.3 I reserve the right to decline service to anyone or any dog at my discretion, and in such cases, no refunds will be issued.

2.4 In case you’re unhappy with the images, I might consider a reshoot if it’s reasonable.

Liability: 3. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your dog is well-behaved during the session and doesn’t pose a danger to themselves, me, property, or others.

3.1 I won’t be liable for any accidents or damage to property that may occur during the photo shoot or consultation session. You’re responsible for any damage your dog may cause to my property or that of others.

3.2 You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me and my affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors harmless in case of any injury, property damage, liability, claim, or other cause of action arising from the service and work product I provide to you.

Use of Images: 4. I’m happy to provide you with images for personal use only. Please don’t duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the images obtained during the service without my express written permission.

Social Media: 5. Whenever you share my work on social media, including platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and blogs, I kindly ask for an attribution to Sandy Noses Pet Photography. Please refrain from altering any of the photographs shared publicly on the internet.

Copyright: 6. All images will be the exclusive property of Sandy Noses Pet Photography, and I’ll own the copyright to all images created. I may use the work for various purposes, including but not limited to samples, contests, exhibitions, advertising, social media, self-promotion, print products, and commercial use.

Governing Law: 7. These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Artistic Release: 8. You’ve had a peek at my previous work, and I’m confident that I’ll provide the service in a similar style. I’ll use my artistic judgment, and my say is final regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the service.

Special Terms: 9. Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery for you to select your favorite photos. This usually takes up to 3 weeks, depending on my photographer’s workload. I reserve the right to pick the best images from the entire photo shoot. Please note that raw files will not be shared as they don’t represent the final product.

Screen capturing or saving watermarked photos for public sharing purposes from the online gallery without a purchase is not permitted. It will result in the immediate termination of this contract, and the rights to use any photos, including those purchased, will be revoked without refunds.
