Please carefully review the following terms and conditions for my Christmas Mini Sessions 2023. By booking a session with me, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Payment:

• A full payment of $99 is required in advance to secure your Christmas Mini Session. This payment is non-refundable.

2. Booking:

• Sessions are available on select dates and times only, as specified during the booking process.
• I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Maximum 2 dogs ( more allowed for puppies under 7 weeks)

3. Inclusions:

• Each session includes one digital photo.
• You have the choice of either a 5-pack of folded greeting cards or a 10-pack of one-page postcards as part of the package.
• Additional photos are available for purchase.

4. Photographer’s Liability:

• I will not be held liable if your pet is aggressive or uncooperative during the session. The safety of all participants is my top priority. I won’t be liable for any accidents or damage to property that may occur during the photo shoot or consultation session. You’re responsible for any damage your dog may cause to my property or that of others. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me and my affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors harmless in case of any injury, property damage, liability, claim, or other cause of action arising from the service and work product I provide to you.

5. Social Media:

• Whenever you share my work on social media, including platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and blogs, I kindly ask for an attribution to Sandy Noses Pet Photography. Please refrain from altering any of the photographs shared publicly on the internet.

6. Copyright:

• All images will be the exclusive property of Sandy Noses Pet Photography, and I’ll own the copyright to all images created. I may use the work for various purposes, including but not limited to samples, contests, exhibitions, advertising, social media, self-promotion, print products, and commercial use.

7. Governing Law:

• These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

8. Artistic Release:

• You’ve had a peek at my previous work, and I’m confident that I’ll provide the service in a similar style. I’ll use my artistic judgment, and my say is final regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the service.

9. Turnaround Time:

• The approximate turnaround time for digital photos is one week.
• Printed cards may take up to two weeks to be printed.
• Shipping fees will  apply for the delivery of printed cards.
• Pickup is  free  from my studio.
