Booking Deposit: 1.1 The booking deposit is non-refundable. I allocate time and resources for your photo shoot upon receiving your deposit, and this fee is retained to cover the costs incurred.

1.2 Any cancellations or changes to your scheduled photo shoot must be made at least 72 hours before your session. This advance notice allows me to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.

Refund Policy for Gift Cards: 2.1 Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are not redeemable for cash.

2.2 Gift cards must be used within 12 months from the purchase date or by the expiration date specified on the voucher, whichever comes first.

Rescheduling: 3.1 If you need to reschedule your photography session, please contact us as early as possible giving at least 24 hours before your session, and I will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Satisfaction Guarantee: 4.1 I take great pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the final product from your photography session, please contact me, and I will discuss options to address your concerns.

Inclement Weather: 5.1 In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the quality of an outdoor session, I will work with you to reschedule the session or make alternative arrangements to ensure your satisfaction.
